For the third installment in our Plant-based Grilling series we’re gonna share our Grilled Cauliflower with Chimichurri Sauce recipe!
I love this recipe not only because it is delicious, but also because it is fast and easy. The most complex part is tossing all the ingredients for the chimichurri into the food processor. Starting the charcoal grill will take longer than prepping the cauliflower. But, this recipe is great for the oven too, so if you wanted, you could just skip the grill.
In this episode, I service the cauliflower with some grilled kale chips – we have sooo much kale in the garden—and some herbed rice with peas-herbs and peas. The herbs and peas were also from the garden, oh yeah!
