Barring any apocalyptic event, Steffan and I plan on retiring at some point in the future. The plan involves moving onto a sailboat and traveling as much as we can in WARM, non-cold locations. In order to achieve this goal we need to know how to sail and get as much practice in as we can–hence the Caribbean sailing vacation!
Our next destination, per the title of this post, is Antigua. We’re heading there with friends for a brief retreat from the ice-scape that Minnesota is this time of year. Plus, each sailing trip provides us hands-on experience to prepare us for our sailing retirement goal.
